Who Is This Guy?
Nick studied at Kent State University in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Sports Nutrition and is a certified personal trainer under the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF). He began his career from 2017-2018 at Spire Performance in Geneva, Ohio training multiple athletes from the youth to collegiate level, as well as training veterans from the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA for multiple Paralympic Events. He then interned under Mike Winkler, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Archbishop Hoban High School in Akron from 2018-2019, where he developed programs for Swimming and Track, and assisted in the training of multiple sports before joining the Warehouse team shortly after.
During his time at The Warehouse, Nick has embodied a philosophy that no one should have to endure pain to do what they love. He is constantly pursuing more knowledge and understanding of how to get people to properly move their bodies and strives to help as many as he can to live a pain free life. In 2024, he furthered his pursuit by becoming a PESI Certified Myofascial Cupping and IASTM Practitioner to offer even more resources to those looking to free themselves from discomfort.
For the last several years, Nick has helped dozens of student athletes feel relieved of the pain that was holding them back, thus launching him into the role of
The Recovery Guy.
